Return Policy
CLAYMODELERS.COM wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order, delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be glad to accept returns within 30 days under the following guidelines
(1) Products sold through WWW.CLAYMODELERS.COM may be returned within 30 days of the original date of delivery.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a copy of your original receipt or fax us at (909) 902-6002. We will contact you with a return authorization code. Display this code on your returned box. This will expedite your return claim. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
Freight charges (if any) will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our warehouse.
(2) Unopened-unused products sold through WWW.CLAYMODELERS.COM will be subject to a 5% re-stocking and handling fee. Products will be Subject to additional fees if WWW.CLAYMODELERS.COM paid for shipping, and or any additional cost incurred by WWW.CLAYMODELERS.COM at the original time of sale.
(3) Opened and unused DESIGNSTUDIOPRO™ modeling kits sold through WWW.CLAYMODELERS.COM are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee plus any additional fees or costs related to article (2) of this return policy.
(4) Any interior packages or seals that are opened are non returnable and non refundable. Please be sure not to open any packages or envelopes containing proprietary content such as written content, packages containing clay, armature, clay tools, and renderings and engineering drawings, step by step DVD envelope, clothing that has been worn and/or washed, etc.), and clay oven parts package if applicable. If any of these packages mentioned above have been opened or the seals are broken, all the contents of your DESIGNSTUDIOPRO™ will be void of any return.
Please be sure you plan to continue with your DESIGNSTUDIOPRO™ modeling kit before opening any interior packaging.
All unique circumstances for refund or credit are determined on a case by case basis.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.
Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
